Return Process

Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached; live plants must be in healthy condition and hard goods must be in their original packaging.
- 2.Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email, as proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.
- 3.Choose Your Return Method
Bring your items to any Sheridan Nurseries garden centre location for an immediate exchange or refund, or contact our guest services for mail-in instructions for non-perishable items.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment or provided as a gift card for future garden projects.
